MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

      1.) That member shall uphold the responsibilities as a poker player in PPP.

1.)   That member shall promote PPP as an institution of poker players where in
it provides membership benefits, uses updated poker rules and regulation, and provides a system where it helps poker players in other concerns such as medical help, rebates etc.

2.)   That PPP shall provide membership to new member on date of purchase of membership ID worth P200.00 only and membership uniform worth P300.00 only.

3.)   That members are entitled to the 2% rebate from the total company earnings.

4.)   That members are allowed to withdraw their total share every end of the month or two month basis. The claiming of the 2% rebate are only allowed a month after membership, by the number of months covered starting the date of membership. The effectivity of 2% will start one month after membership.


5.)   That member has to claim their 2% rebate in the duration of 60 days after the date of last claimed rebate. PPP has the right to forfeit the unclaimed rebates after 60 days only.

6.)   That PPP reserves the right to collect the unclaimed rebates to donate it to charitable events held by the organization such as feeding programs, medical assistance, outreach etc.

7.)   That member shall allow PPP to include their name in the poker tournament ranking with matching points system.  

8.)   That member shall allow PPP to sponsor him/her to PPP events. As such, PPP reserves the right to remove sponsorship on the event of the member not upholding the responsibilities and policies as a member of PPP.

9.)   That member shall allow PPP to publish and market tournament result and prize money at www.pilarpokerplace.blogspot.com , magazines, newspaper and any other forms of marketing channel.

10.) That PPP, has the right to refuse membership if applicant has existing criminal records.

11.) That PPP, has the right to conduct random background check, drug testing etc.

      12.)  That member shall be responsible to check the upcoming tournament events,
             rankings, point system, membership policies, benefits and any membership concerns.

      13.) That PPP, on event of sponsorship, reserves the right to claim 50% of total prize money of the  sponsored  
            players. In Any instance that a member refuses to surrender the 50% claims of total prize money, the
            member is subjected to termination of membership and legal action in terms of breach of contract. If the
            member was deemed guilty of these violations:
           
a.)   Refusal of surrendering 50% of total prize money received on sponsored events
b.)   Grave misconduct
c.)   Theft
d.)   Criminal Charges
e.)   The use of illegal drugs.
f.)    Cheating
g.)   Insubordination for PPP Officers
h.)   Unlawful Behavior
